LAE002 (afuresertib) Licensing Agreement China On 12 November,2025, Laekna entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Qilu Pharma. Qilu Pharma is granted an exclusive license for research, development, and commercialization of LAE002 (afuresertib) in China.
LAE118(Novel PI3KαPan-Mutant Selective Inhibitor)Licensing Agreement Ex-China Region On 9 June, 2026, Laekna entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Vasque Bio. Vasque Bio is granted, among other rights, an exclusive license in Ex-China Region to develop, manufacture and commercialize LAE118
Pursuant to the licensing agreement between Laekna and Novartis Pharma AG, Laekna is granted an exclusive license to develop, manufacture and commercialize LAE001, LAE002(afuresertib), LAE003 and LAE005 worldwide.
